Police make three drug-related arrests

Southington Police Department announced May 15 three arrest warrants have been executed by the Narcotics Enforcement Team.

On May 14, police executed an arrest warrant for a 17-year-old female Southington High School student, who was not identified due to being underage. The arrest warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation targeting individuals trafficking abused and diverted prescription narcotics in and around Southington. Charges were possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics. A $25,000 surety bond was issued with a court date of May 28.

On May 15, at 11:15 a.m., police executed three arrest warrants for Nicole Bolduc, 39, of Southington. Three court-authorized arrest warrants were executed for the possession and sale of heroin. She was taken into custody at 88 E. Summer St. and held on a $150,000 bond. She was scheduled to appear May 16 in Bristol Superior Court.

Police said upon taking Bolduc into custody she was found in possession of additional narcotics and marijuana. Besides being charged with possession of narcotics and marijuana, she was also charged with failure to keep prescription medication in the original container. Bolduc was processed and held on an additional $25,000 bond for a total of $175,000.

Police initiated a two-month-long investigation into Kelly Curtiss, 25, of Southington, for trafficking heroin in and around Southington. As a result of this investigation, three court-authorized arrest warrants were secured and executed for the possession and sale of heroin. Curtiss was taken into custody and released after posting a $75,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear Bristol Superior Court May 19

On Jan. 16, Curtiss was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop where she was found in possession of 118 bags of heroin packaged for sale.
